For any changes and returns, the freight costs have to be paid by the customer.

The client can change the shoes: If the size is not the correct one, or if the colour or model is not the customer's taste. For the changes, the product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The client will have 3 months for the change and they must present the receipt.

Refunds can be made only if the product fails (this failure must be not provoked by the customer). These refunds will be effective during the first 5 working days after the purchase was made and the client must present the receipt. The product must be in the original packaging and unused.

Products affected by some failure after being used, will be sent to the head office to be evaluated.

Zapatos D-Pie will make the decision of repairing or replacing the product with a new one, ensuring that will be in perfect conditions.
